Punishment of the crime
On April 7, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven a B new-burged vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.077% from the front of the U.S. gas station located in the father-dong, Busan, to the front of the water station located in the Busan, Jin-dong, Busan, while under the influence of alcohol at about 100 meters from the front of the water station in the Busan, Jin-dong.
