1. The defendant shall receive on August 11, 1994 from the plaintiff the Daegu District Court with respect to the land size of 232 square meters in Gyeongsan-si.

Although the Defendant’s resident registration number is D according to the entry in the register, a clerical error is apparent according to the entry in the certified copy of the resident registration number.
