However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant saw that most of the company members run offices for the meal of points from 12:00 to 13:00, while wearing uniforms, putting them as if the company were the cause of the company, and thought that most of the company members enter an empty office to view the objects to be stolen.

1. On November 20, 2013, between November 20, 2013 and 12:28, the Defendant intruded into D building: (a) entered the building through the entrance and exit door to commit larceny; (b) went to each floor office using the elevator; and (c) went to the stairs.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the above building.

2. At around 12:32 on the same day, the Defendant entered the building in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, via the entrance to commit larceny, went to the 9th floor office using an elevator for the purpose of committing larceny, and went to the 6th floor F office through stairs, and the victim G (G) opened the office door in which he was not locked between the string and opened the office, and taken out the wall in cash in the house of the victim located at the 3.10,00 won.

Accordingly, the defendant invaded the above building and stolen the victim's property.

3. On November 28, 2013, between 12:24 and 12:43, the Defendant invaded into H building and stolen, entered the 13th floor office and each floor office of the 13th floor using an elevator through the entrance to commit theft in the H building in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and went to the 13th floor office and each floor office through the stairs.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the above building.
