A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

2. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant stated, “The Bank of Korea may bring profits from 3 days, 7 days, and 7% to 50% to 3% to pay off short-term off-term off-term off-term-paid bonds at the Bank of Korea. As such, the Defendant deceiving the victim E and received KRW 10,00,000 from the victim on February 29, 2012 from the victim as the Samsung Securities CMA account in the name of the Defendant.
