However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A operated the automobile parts manufacturing and processing company with the trade name “G” from the window F of Changwon-si.

A person who desires to operate a gun manufacturing business shall obtain permission from the competent authorities for each factory, and he shall not manufacture guns unless he obtains such permission.

In addition, a person who desires to operate a gun sales business shall obtain permission from the competent authorities for each sales place, and no person other than those who have obtained such permission shall sell guns.

However, around April 2014, Defendant A received a proposal from Defendant B to create a noise machine corresponding to a gun as a total part from Defendant B without obtaining permission from the competent authorities for gun manufacturing and sales business, and made 14 copies of the noise machine using public machinery, such as program within Defendant A’s company, line, and MC (spathing center) and then sold it to Defendant B in total of KRW 1.5 million per unit price.

Defendant B purchased a noise machine from Defendant A, as described in paragraph (1) without obtaining permission for gun sales business from the competent authorities around April 2014, and sold a noise machine of KRW 335,000 in the price to H around May 8, 2014, and sold a total of KRW 560,00 in the price to J via I around January 30 and February 5, 2015, including sale of KRW 560,000 in the total price to the J through around February 30, 2015.
