Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty on the ground that there is no proof of crime as to the facts charged (excluding the guilty portion) in this case, and to render the judgment of the court below not guilty, and there is no violation of law by violating the law of logic and experience as alleged in

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the entire judgment of the court below, but there is no evidence of objection to the remainder of the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
