1. The defendant's order of payment is based on the order of payment (2014j554) rendered by the Seogjin-si court of the Daejeon District Court for the defendant's reasons.

Reasons

On January 8, 2015, the Plaintiffs, the inheritor of Non-Party D (the debtor of the payment order stipulated in Paragraph 1) reported the renunciation of inheritance to the Seosan District Court on January 8, 2015, and this report was accepted on January 28, 2015.
