1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,580,540 as well as its annual 6% from October 1, 2013 to June 10, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The amended provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay was partially dismissed.
