1. As to the instant case, Articles 1 and 1.2 of the judgment rendered on December 18, 2015 by the court may be provisionally executed.

Reasons

Since this Court omitted a judgment on provisional execution in a judgment rendered on December 18, 2015 with respect to this case, it rendered an ex officio decision in accordance with Article 212 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
