Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On August 28, 2014, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected in the house of the victim D, who was located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 102, and intruded to the inner bank; and (b) stolen cash owned by the victim D, 4,000 won and credit card 2; (c) three copies of credit card in the victim E’s name; and (d) three pages of credit card in the victim F’s name with the market price unknown.
B. On September 6, 2014, around 23:10 on September 6, 2014, the Defendant discovered the victim H who reported urine from the alley G in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then cut off 14,000 won cashier’s checks owned by the victim, 220,000 won in cash, and 4 credit cards in the victim’s name.
C. On September 23, 2014, around 23:10 on September 23, 2014, the Defendant discovered the victim I coming from the front of the 259 New Cooperatives, the center of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, and subsequently cut off 12,00 won in cash owned by the victim and 1 a color-brupted wall containing one credit card.
Accordingly, the defendant has been sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to theft, etc., and again property of victims within the period of repeated crime.
