Punishment of the crime
The defendant, C, and D are not the narcotics handler as prescribed by the Narcotics Control Act.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to administer Mepta, respectively.
4. On April 7, 2017, around 20:40, the Defendant, at the above location D, inserted approximately 0.03 g of Meptian ambamin in two disposable ambamins together with D, and injected them into their arms.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to administer Mepta, respectively.
5. On June 19, 2017, around 17:50, the Defendant, at the guest room of the above “H” Mour, put in two disposable injection equipment with D together with D, approximately 0.03g of water for me, and injected into their arms.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to administer Mepta, respectively.
6. On August 9, 2017, around 13:00, the Defendant, at the guest room of “K” Maurher in Seo-gu, Busan High-gu, 2 narcotics, etc. with C, one-time injection vehicle, with approximately 0.03 g of mematic medicine, as narcotics, etc., and injected them with each other’s arms.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to administer Mepta, respectively.
7. On September 2, 2017, the Defendant is “M” telecom in Ulsan-gun L, Ulsan-gun around 18:40.
