Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.
Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 24, 2019, the Defendant violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention is the owner of a motor vehicle with an A-to-face lurged vehicle, and entered into an automobile insurance contract with D and D around January 24, 2019.

The F and the Defendant, while driving the above vehicle and driving the F in F in F, had the Defendant pretended to cause an accident and had the insurance company receive insurance money.
On February 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) submitted a claim for insurance money (accident receipt number: G) to the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., an insurance company, at around February 7, 2019, that “A accident occurred due to shocking the walls from the direction of the general driving in the outer cycle of Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to the direction of the general driving.”
In fact, around June 1, 2019, the Defendants received 6,007,60 won from H in charge of the compensation settlement of the D Seoul Metropolitan Area Compensation Center, from the Defendant, on three occasions in total, under the name of medical expenses and agreement, 860,220 won in terms of medical expenses, etc. around March 27, 2019, and around March 6, 2019, the Defendant received 3,334,300 won in terms of vehicle repair expenses, and acquired them.
2. Part of the crime was revised to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right to defend against the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).
On February 2, 2019, the Defendant, at the time of the Government, set up a Class B (Change: C) Habld vehicle in the parking lot for the disabled in the I apartment in the Gu of the Government, was in contact with the employees of the apartment management office who are in charge of moving vehicles, and changed the above vehicle to F without a driver's license.
Accordingly, F is moving to the above-to-pur vehicle without obtaining the driver's license in February 2019.
