1. The Defendant’s KRW 128,854,00 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 6% per annum from February 28, 2018 to November 14, 2018, and November 15, 2018.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff did not receive KRW 128,854,00 out of the construction price, even though the plaintiff completed the civil engineering work after being awarded a contract for the construction work from the defendant to KRW 57,6510,00 (including additional construction KRW 10,000) among the new construction work of the new construction of the living accommodation facility in Seocho-si, Gangwon-do; thus, the plaintiff has filed a claim for payment of the unpaid construction price
