1. The defendant

Reasons

1. At the time of indicating the claim, C,350 square meters and D, 203 square meters of land prior to C, and D, which are owned by the Plaintiff. The Defendant occupied part of each of the above land without permission as indicated in the Disposition No. 1. As such, the Defendant: (a) removed the relevant assembly-type buildings, lower houses, wood warehouses, etc.; (b) mined ginseng in cultivation; and (c) requested the Defendant to deliver the Defendant’s land in possession.
