1. The defendant stated the plaintiffs' amount of claim in the attached Form 2 and the amount of award in the "amount of tolerance" in the attached Table 2 and each of them.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is that the defendant is engaged in the production and sale of motor vehicles, their related parts and accessories, and the plaintiffs are workers engaged in the manufacturing of motor vehicles at the defendant's Busan Factory located in Busan after concluding an employment contract with the defendant.

B. The Defendant’s Busan factory in the form of work is operated as two classes, and the weekly working hours are from 07:0 to 15:45, and the night working hours are from 15:45 to 00:30 on the next day. The Defendant’s Busan factory workers, including the Plaintiffs, worked as a day-time worker and a day-time work every week.

C. The Defendant’s employees including the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “affiliated workers”) from around 2000 to the conclusion of a collective agreement and wage negotiations between the Defendant and the employee representative committee

(ii)the Committee on Representative of Staff (hereinafter referred to as “private subrogation”) consisting of the members elected by the Board.
