1. The defendant is within the scope of property inherited from the deceased B (C) to the plaintiff, and KRW 99,337,359 and 51,604 among them.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, as amended on September 25, 2015, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, shall apply to the interest rate of 15% per annum.
