Seized cash (10,000 won) shall be confiscated.

For the defendant.

1. From February 5, 201 to March 31, 2011, the Defendant was employed as an employee, from February 5, 2011, to March 31, 201, the Defendant operated a key room with the trade name of “F” with a buphone, employee waiting room, and a tight guest room with a stringr for verifying customers. From February 5, 2011 to February 28, 2011, the Defendant employed G (V, 16 years of age) as a juvenile employee; from March 3, 2011 to March 31, 201, the Defendant was employed as an employee; and then, the Defendant was found to receive money from the said bub’s body and 350,000 won from the male guest’s body; and from March 31, 2011 to around March 31, 201.

As a result, the defendant assisted the act of buying sex of juveniles for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the Employment Stabilization Act shall recruit workers with the intention to have them find a job in which obscene acts are conducted;

A. On February 5, 2011, the Defendant employed G in the height room as set forth in the above Paragraph 1 of the same Article, and received KRW 35,00,000,000 from the nameless male customers, and KRW 60,000,00,000 from the said female workers, and had the said female workers engage in a male guest and kis, and had a female worker engage in a self-defensive act in a way that makes it easy for a female worker to see with his/her chest, leg, and her mar, etc. In this case, the Defendant had female workers engage in an obscene act by facilitating circumstances, such as impairing kis.

B. At the end of February 2011, the Defendant employed I who found the place in the key room of the above Paragraph 1, and caused his female to do obscene acts against the customers, as described in the foregoing Paragraph 2.

On March 201, 201, the Defendant employed H who found the place at the kis room of the above paragraph (1) and had her female commit obscene acts against customers, as described in the above paragraph (1).
