1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C shall recover the true title with respect to the portion of 1/3 of the real estate listed in the attached list No. 1.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s status 1) F was deceased on September 5, 1961 after he married with H. F’s children. 2) F was killed.
F’s property was inherited to H.
3) On December 9, 1974, H adopted the Plaintiff at the ex post facto adoption of his two and networkF. 4) H died on January 19, 1975.
H’s property was inherited to the Plaintiff.
B. 1) As to the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached Table I, the real estate listed in Paragraph 1 of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on March 8, 1929 (hereinafter “instant Real Estate No. 1”).
(2) On December 16, 1971, J, K, and Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on March 10, 1959.
3) On July 6, 2009, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance by consultation and division on March 7, 2008 with respect to K shares (1/3) among the instant real estate No. 1 on March 6, 2009. Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance by agreement and division on September 17, 2009 with respect to J shares (1/3) among the instant real estate No. 1 on March 11, 2002.
C. As to the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the attached list No. 1), F is the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the attached list No. 19 of February 19, 1946 (hereinafter “instant real estate No. 2”).
(2) On February 6, 1994, L completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on February 5, 1946, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (No. 4502). < Amended by Act No. 4502, Dec. 6, 1994; Act No. 3578, Nov. 20, 1983>
3) K and Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on January 20, 1995 with respect to each of 1/2 shares out of the instant 2 real estate on August 1, 2006, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 7500).
On the other hand, the letter of guarantee, which is the cause of the above transfer of ownership, is M, N, and P in the name of guarantor M, N, and P.
