B, around February 2007, purchased a building without permission on the ground of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, from D, and leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 30 million to D.

The defendant is a person who has introduced the above sales contract between B and D and currently serves as a real estate brokerage assistant.

B, around January 2015, as the building was not returned even after the termination of the lease contract, B expressed its intention to refuse the renewal of the lease contract and sought to bring an action against D with respect to the name of the building on or around 2017, but it was known that the Defendant and the Defendant did not keep the above lease contract while not find the leased contract (the short-term lease contract) which was kept in the custody. I tried to request the Defendant to prepare a new lease contract through E.

B around spring of 2017, at the “G Real Estate,” which is the Defendant’s working place in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, requested the Defendant to re-establish the lease agreement with the lessee, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the above lease agreement with the lessee, and the Defendant stated the “Seoul Yongsan-gu H” and the “Seoul Yongsan-gu H” in the deposit column in the location of the “short-gu H” type stored in the office computer, and written the lessee’s name and printed out the above agreement with the lessee’s personal information, and affixed a seal of D arbitrarily sh’s name next to the lessee’s name.

As a result, the defendant and B forged a single charter contract in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising them in collusion.
