If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

The defendant is the owner of a private car C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-D-D- D is the Secretary General of (g)E established for the purpose of future-oriented school culture creation activities.

No motor vehicle, other than commercial motor vehicles, shall be provided for compensation.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred 10% of the share of the passenger car owned by the Defendant to (g)E in the form of (i) the passenger car owned by the Defendant, taking advantage of the fact that the representative of the organization, provided the private car owned by the Defendant to the members of the organization for a commercial transport; (b) obtained the Defendant’s membership fee of KRW 500,000 and monthly fee of KRW 100,000; and (c) the Defendant conspired to provide (g) the said passenger car to the members of the organization or their children in return for the payment.

Accordingly, from March 4, 2012 to December 2012, the Defendant received 40,000 won per person per month from the students who received 40,000 won per person per month from (i)E members who reside in the interesting Gu in Chungcheongnam-si, or (ii) approximately 15 students who are their children, and (iii) attend or attend a school in return for transport, and (iv) from the students who attend or depart from the school.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D and provided cars other than commercial automobiles for transportation with compensation.
