On May 2016, the Defendant had become aware of the victim C(or D's birth) in the alcohol treatment hospital due to the occurrence of the death, and had been living together after living together. However, the Defendant has exercised violence against the victim due to different problems.

1. The Defendant injured by assault was the victim who tried to house while disputing a separate issue before the 101st entrance in Gwangju Northern-gu E Housing around January 10, 2017, around 19:00, and the Defendant tried to house with the Defendant.

"The part of the victim," such as the victim, was pushed the victim's chest at one time by hand, and the victim was faced with the wall side of the corridor.

Ultimately, the Defendant abused the victim as above and inflicted bodily injury on the bones 12, where the number of days of treatment cannot be known to the victim.

2. Injury;

A. On February 8, 2017, around 19:00 on February 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) talked about a past family intention, such as talking about the former husband within the 101 room in Gwangju Northern-gu E House No. 101, Gwangju Northern-gu, about February 8, 2017; (b) talked about the victim’s face face; and (c) took cellular phone, and took up the victim’s face toward the right side.

In the end, the defendant assaulted the victim, thereby causing the victim to have the severe shock symptoms of shocking to the right side of the treatment days, and the victim to have the hole on the right side.

B. On July 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around July 11, 2017, while drinking alcohol under Fudio 302 in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim without any particular reason; and (c) even though the victim was at the right hand at a visit opened to move out of the house, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim from leaving the house so that the victim does not come out of the room; and (b) obstructed the victim’s fingers between the door and door cres by pushing the victim’s fingers so as to prevent the victim from going out of the room.

In the end, the Defendant assaulted the victim as above, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as 3, 4, and 14, which require approximately three weeks of treatment.
