1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff A is a person who provides real estate consulting services with the trade name of "D (the plaintiff's husband, who is the plaintiff's husband, is in charge of the actual business of "D"; hereinafter the plaintiff A and E are "the plaintiff's husband"; hereinafter the plaintiff B is a person who provides real estate consulting with the trade name of "F"; and the defendant is a corporation that provides real estate management and rental services.

B. Under the purpose of constructing a commercial facility, the Defendant purchased 6,546,300,000 square meters of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, H site (hereinafter “instant business site”) and buildings on the ground thereof as a broker for the Plaintiff’s side, and paid 98,194,900 won to the Plaintiff side in installments on June 16, 2017 and June 29, 2017.

C. On August 9, 2017, the Defendant entered into a PM management service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Plaintiffs, including loan brokerage, with a view to obtaining a PF loan for financing construction costs after the purchase of the instant land.

Article 2 (Business Gu Roads)

1. The defendant shall perform his duties as the project executor.

2. The Plaintiffs are performing the services set forth in the instant service contract and receiving fees therefrom.

Article 3 (Scope and Authority of Affairs)

2. The plaintiffs' scope of work ① The plaintiffs' effort to undertake the implementation of this project ① the total amount of 10 billion won or more, and the interest rate shall be negotiated with the lender on the optimal terms of 6.5% or less.

(2) The selection of a truster (which shall be selected after agreement with the defendant, the management trust remuneration shall be at least KRW 70,000,000, and a mutual agreement shall be held if consultation is necessary. <3> Advertisement and the selection of a sales agency; <4> Consultation on the reduction of expenses and the completion of early sale in order to maximize the profit of this project.
