2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The deceased H (the deceased on April 14, 1982, the deceased on April 14, 1982, the deceased on June 4, 1996, hereinafter referred to as the "the deceased") had five son (the defendant, the plaintiff, the plaintiff Eul, the plaintiff D (3), the plaintiff F (4), the J (5)) and four sons [the plaintiff A(ma), K (ma), the plaintiff C (3), and the plaintiff E (4)].

B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 22, 1965 with respect to each of the lands listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 to 3 (hereinafter “B”), and the Defendant had completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Plaintiff B on the ground of sale as of July 21, 1983 by the Incheon District Court No. 16934, Oct. 7, 1965, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, invalidation, and special measures) (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the deceased with respect to each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 through 9 in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as "land in dispute"), and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 4 through 6 in the separate sheet No. 1 with respect to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 31602, May 31, 1984, which was received as of September 8, 1974, and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 13270, Jun. 20, 1983, as of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 13270, May 10, 1974, on the land listed in the separate sheet No. 8 and paragraph (9) of the separate sheet No. 21323, Sep. 15, 1983, the Incheon District Court completed the registration of ownership transfer by each of the special measures for sale.

(2) Each registration of ownership transfer under the name of the defendant, which was completed under the Act on Special Measures for the Development of Land in Dispute B and Land in Dispute of the plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as "each registration of ownership transfer")
