At around 05:10 on May 19, 2019, the Defendant: B, C, and C, and on the ground that the Defendant and the victim F (the age of 40) aboard the above hotel, around the third floor of the D hotel in Busan Metropolitan City, left the view of each other; B, with a drinking house, took the victim’s face one time; B, with a hand, took the victim’s neck over the floor; C, with a hand, took the victim’s chest over the flat; C, with a flat hand, took the victim’s chest at one time; and the Defendant took the victim’s face at five times with a drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
