Description of Claim
On December 30, 201, the Plaintiff agreed to the Defendant to gratuitously transfer the right of multiple business to the Plaintiff when the term of the lease expires, and to implement the procedure for registration of change of the name of the business report, by setting the lease deposit of KRW 5,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 500,000, and the lease term of KRW 12 months (hereinafter “lease”).
After the conclusion of the instant lease contract, the Defendant continued to engage in multiple businesses after receiving the right of multiple businesses from the immediately preceding lessee C, and the lease deposit was fully deducted and extinguished due to the failure to pay the loan. Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the instant lease contract to the Defendant on the ground of the breach of the contract.
Since the lease contract of this case was terminated, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for registration of change of the name of the business report entered in the attached report.
