[Criminal Power] On June 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daejeon District Court’s Support for Incheon District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DD Driving) driven BS5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.168% on blood alcohol level on October 16:20, 2019, and failed to properly operate the brake system under the influence of alcohol at the front of the vehicle driving by the Defendant while driving the road of 0.168% in front of the apartment apartment in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City on the 04th park protection area from D apartment.

As a result, the Defendant driven a vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as light drums, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about three weeks, and suffered injury to the victim G (ma, 9 years old) who was on board the said Lone Star vehicle for about two weeks.

2. Around 16:20 on October 18, 2019, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.168% in a section of about 200 meters from the 200m to the front road of the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
