A. On December 10, 2012, the Plaintiff sent a written estimate (hereinafter “instant quotation”) with respect to the STS water purifier (the model name B; hereinafter “instant water purifier”) to the Defendant as follows.

B. On December 26, 2012, the Defendant drafted an order form with the following content (hereinafter “instant order form”), and the Plaintiff affixed a seal thereto.

1.The above amount is to settle D 300 parts and C 50 parts as material costs.

2. In the estimate on December 10, 2012, the President of C had determined the total amount of KRW 369,450,000, but the President of C had determined the total amount of KRW 330,000 by NEGO.

The terms and conditions that allow all assistance to be provided in order to produce products no longer than any more additional amount of MOEL B-type water purifiers.

3. On December 24, 2012, sending a gold-type photograph and a certificate of custody to the gold tmining type 3,500,000 won (including VAT) in the gold-type intermediate products additionally placed on December 24, 2012.

C. On December 29, 2012, the Defendant paid KRW 14,740,810 to the Plaintiff as the price for the instant water purifiers, and the Plaintiff raises objection to the Defendant until June 19, 2013.
