Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On April 16, 2017, from around 14:30 to 15:00, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate business of the bicycle race track by force, such as committing about 30 minutes to the bicycle race track employees and customers, for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant was unable to enter the 2nd class E of the D history 15:00 Sinposi Sin Sinpo-si; (b) the victim F, a public order manager at the place, was unable to enter the horse race under the provisions of the Bicycle Racing Act; and (c) the Defendant f, who was a public order manager, was unable to return home, and prevented himself/herself.
