A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that has established and operates publishing business, printing business, etc. as its main business purpose.

From August 2016 to October 31, 2018, the Plaintiff printed and produced and supplied legal books and books equivalent to KRW 87,194,800, including “C”, to the Defendant.

B. On February 25, 2019, the remainder of the price of the above goods that was not paid by the Defendant as of February 25, 2019 is KRW 68,946,700.

[Reasons for Recognition] Facts without dispute, entry of Gap 1 through 4 (including those with serial numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the purport of the whole pleadings

In accordance with the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 68,946,700, which is the balance of the goods price, 5% per annum under the Civil Act from November 2, 2018 to January 7, 2019, which is the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the above Act, until the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
