The defendant was a related relationship.

B was used for the purpose of lending the modern card in its name for living expenses, etc.

On January 6, 2015, the Defendant issued a false statement to a staff member in charge of lending credit card loans of the victim Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. by requesting “B by telephone and applying for card loan to the card company,” without obtaining B’s permission for lending credit card loan,” and notifying B of the said female’s personal information, card number, etc. as if B applied for credit card loan.

However, the defendant does not have any authority to obtain credit card loans from B, and the above female was not the B himself.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, upon receipt of the Defendant’s instructions, deceiving the employees in charge of the above loan by inducing the above-mentioned female who was in receipt of the Defendant’s instructions to do so as to be B, and deceiving the said employee by receiving KRW 16 million from the victim Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. to the NAC’s NAC as a card loan loan loan on the same day, and by receiving KRW 4 million from the same method as around January 14, 2015 to the NAC’s 20 million in total on two occasions.
