2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On March 25, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract with Defendant B to purchase the land and buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from Defendant B (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). On June 2, 2017, the Plaintiff paid the purchase price of KRW 1.25 million on the date of the contract, the down payment of KRW 125 million on the date of the contract, the intermediate payment of KRW 60 million on April 25, 2017, and the remainder of KRW 1.65 billion on June 2, 2017 (including the acquisition of loans KRW 70 million), and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Plaintiff on June 2, 2017, with respect to the said real estate.

B. At the time of the conclusion of the instant sales contract, Defendant C is a seller who entered into a contract on behalf of Defendant B, and Defendant D is a real estate broker who arranged the instant sales contract, and Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant D regarding liability for damages arising from the brokerage accident.

C. At the time of the Plaintiff’s purchase of the instant real estate, Defendant B leased the respective heading rooms of the instant building, which is a multi-family house, to the lessee, and the lease deposit and monthly rent under the lease contract with the lessee (hereinafter “each lease contract of this case”).
