Nevertheless, on October 2015, B and the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with the Defendant to complete the registration of ownership transfer with respect to approximately KRW 2,603 square meters in the name of the Defendant on the aggregate of land C, D, and E, Seocho-si, Seocho-si, and the Defendant: (a) on October 21, 2015, registered the ownership transfer for the said land under the Defendant’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant, a title trustee, completed the registration of ownership transfer of the above real estate under his name.
