A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle EPozon, under the influence of alcohol of about 600 meters from the 600-meter section to the 1st floor parking lot of the building D in Busan-dong, Busan-dong; (b) around 01:10 on September 4, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with alcohol of about 0.112% from the 60-meter section to the 1st floor parking lot of the building D in Busan-dong.
2. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant was aware of the fact that seven persons, such as the victim I, who is a tax official of the Busan District Tax Office H and the tax official of the Republic of Korea, were carrying out a tax investigation on the said main points while drinking alcohol at “G” entertainment points operated by F on the third floor of the said D building.
The above tax officials were parked at the parking lot located on the first floor of the above building.
F In order to verify whether there are books, documents, etc. related to the main vehicle business at the Bridges, the Defendant requested F to open the Bridges, and the Defendant is to keep the Bridges from doing so by a tax official.
