The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there was no error by misapprehending the legal principles on intentional aiding and abetting in fraud or intentional relation, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

In addition, the argument that there is an error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the specification of facts charged in the judgment below is not a legitimate ground for appeal, as it is alleged by the defendant only for the grounds of appeal that the court below did not consider it as the subject of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
