When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received daily allowances for money exchange business from a person who is not in the name of “B” on May 2, 2015; (b) received money exchange mobile phone and money exchange; and (c) as a whole, the Defendant conspired with the person in the name of the deceased, “as a result of an act of converting 100,000 won per hour into cash per money after obtaining a free right to use from customers using the game site by obtaining a free right to use from them when a telephone is off; and (d) from around 21:00 on the same day to around 08:00 on the following day, the Defendant made a business of exchanging and intangible games acquired by converting 10,000 won per hour into 10,000 won per money after obtaining a free right to use, which is the result of obtaining a free right to use from the customers using the game site from the users using the game site.
