1. The Defendant is limited to the cause of sale on March 10, 2013 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
1. On March 10, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, sold a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant.
The Plaintiff paid KRW 3,285,530, in total, KRW 1,827,530, and KRW 1,458,000, in lieu of the Defendant, while the Defendant did not accept the procedure for applying for registration of transfer of ownership on the automobiles listed in the attached list.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to accept the procedure for applying for the registration of transfer of ownership on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff and pay the plaintiff the deposit amount of KRW 3,285,530 and delay damages.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
