The Defendant is a person engaging in driving Cunst Motor Vehicle.

On February 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 10:40 on February 26, 2014, and changed the course into one lane while driving the two-lanes from the parallel of the Central Highway, Busan, 138.6km (Additional mountain direction) to Daegu, Gyeong-gun.
