1. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a Doststun car owned by the Defendant from a water-driven Dog on the two-lane road at the time of passing through the eth of January 5, 2015, to a 30km road located in the Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the above date and time, when driving a car and driving the car above as above on the above day to the right side of the Defendant, while driving the car in front of the Celur in the Gosung-gun B with the view to accurately operating the steering direction and operation system on the roads which were unsatisfing the above car, while driving the car in front of the Cururging road in the curgic distance from the curgical side of the curg-gun, the Defendant received the front portion of the F-crick-car car in front of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, injured the victim E in need of approximately two weeks of tensions, tensions, etc.; (b) affected the victim G (the remaining, 30 years of age); (c) affected the victim G (the victim 22 years of age); (d) injured the victim H (the victim 22 years of age) with tensions, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; (d) affected the victim I (the remaining, 41 years of age); (e) affected the victim I (the victim 41 years of age); (e) affected the victim J (the remaining, 22 years of age); (e) affected the victim J (the victim K, the victim 4 years of age); (e) affected the victim’s tension and tension in need of two weeks of treatment; and (e) affected the victim Ha, who is the Defendant’s son (the victim 48 years of age); and (e) affected the victim’s eye and tension during four weeks of treatment;
