물품계약금
1. The defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

On July 31, 2013, the Defendant, who was referred to as the director of C with the indication of the claim, received KRW 120,000,000 from the Plaintiff as the down payment on August 8, 2013 and acquired it by deceptioning that the Plaintiff, who had engaged in export business, etc. under the trade name of D, “D”, “A Co., Ltd., would deliver the lawsuit KRW 500,000,000 at an ordinary rate, up to August 19, 2013.”
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 120,000,000 won and damages for delay incurred by the plaintiff due to the above tort.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
