2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of the development and sale of software, service business, and software package development and sale business, and the Defendant is a company established for the purpose of software service business, etc.

B. On April 2009, the Defendant bid to the “A” corporation (hereinafter “C”) to build an integrated information system composed of the management information system that supports the research management work (MI), a research management system that supports the patent and technology transfer work, and a patent management system that supports the project (hereinafter “project in this case”). The Defendant bid to the “A” (hereinafter “C”) by organizing a joint water supply system (hereinafter “C consortium”).

C The consortium was selected as a project executor of the instant project, and on April 29, 2009, between C and D institutions, the representative of C and D entered into a contract for building an integrated information system with the content of contract amounting to KRW 900 million from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010.

C The consortium extended the above contract term on two occasions after the extension of the contract term, and completed the establishment of an integrated information system in accordance with the above service contract around October 2010.

Since then, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract for the advancement of the system or a service contract for the maintenance and repair of the integrated information system with the agency as follows, and performed each service.

The Defendant also performed the maintenance and repair work of the D agency integrated information system from December 1, 2011 to December 2014.

The maintenance and repair of the integrated information system between October 18, 201 and June 18, 201, 201, during the pre-contract term (source) 18, 201, and 367,500,000 from October 18, 201 to June 18, 2012, and on December 2, 2011, the maintenance and repair of the integrated information system between December 2, 201 and December 12, 2012, the maintenance and repair of the integrated information system between December 41, 200 and December 12, 2012, the maintenance and repair of the integrated information system from December 12, 2012 to November 27, 2013; and the advancement of the technology system from April 29, 2013 to April 30, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “former technology”).
