1. The defendant jointly and severally with the non-party B within the limit of 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 146,49,986 won and 79,500 among them.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service by public notice) is applicable to the case where the creditor is "Plaintiff" and "debtor" is "Defendant", and the payment order is finalized in case of B.
