On September 12, 2013, the Defendant, at the Seoul Northern District Court, sentenced six months to imprisonment for a crime of larceny at night, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on January 27, 2014. On September 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Jungcheon District Court on February 14, 2013.

Defendant, habitually,

1. Around May 2013, the victim-owned cash equivalent to KRW 130,00,000, which was kept in a depository after opening and intrusioning a cafeteria operated by the victim D in the Guri-si around the middle of May 2013;

2. On February 26, 2014, around 04:30, the victim G, operated by the victim G in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District, entered a “H” restaurant operated by the victim G, and took a pipe siren in the market value, the market value of which is the victim’s possession in the warehouse, and steals it;

3. On February 26, 2014, around 04:40 on February 26, 2014, at the “K” drinking house operated by the victim JJ in the second floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in order to steals property owned by the victim, the victim tried to open and intrude a pipe siren that stolen as stated in paragraph (1) by placing it between the entrance and the gate, but the gate is not opened, thereby going back to the attempted attempt;

4. At around 05:30 on April 2, 2014, when the corrective glass windows came to place in a restaurant, and after intrusion into a restaurant, the cash equivalent to 50,000 won owned by the victim who was in an attached cafeteria shall be stolen; and

5. On the 27th day of the same month, around 03:00, the 27th day of the Southyang-si Liber opened and intrudes into the cafeteria that was not corrected, the cash amounting to 170,000 won owned by the victim was stolen.
