1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 15, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On May 1, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) concluded a lease deposit with approximately 20,000,000 won for about 70 square meters in storage on the first floor of the building B, from May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015; (b) on July 16, 2014, for about 20 square meters in storage on the first floor of the building B, from July 16, 2014 to July 16, 2015; (c) concluded a lease deposit with the Defendant for about 10,00,000,000, for the lease deposit with the Defendant for about 30 years from July 16, 2014 to July 16, 2015; (d) concluded a lease deposit with the Defendant for about 170,000,010,000 won after delivery; and (e) concluded the lease deposit with the Defendant for 30 years from August 11, 2016, 2015.
