【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On January 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of cameras, etc.) in support of the Incheon District Court’s Branch, and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on November 2, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On April 28, 2017, at around 18:31, the Defendant discovered the victim (e.g., the victim (e., the victim 24 years old) who was seated in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and talked with his/her tables and talks with him/her, and taken a video image of the victim’s bridge and the pelvis of his/her chest by using a portable telephone camera function in his/her possession against his/her will.
