1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 187,477,419 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 30, 2015 to the day of full payment.
The Defendant, while lending money from the Plaintiff on June 11, 2014 with the settlement with the Plaintiff on June 11, 2014, agreed to pay KRW 170,000,000 to the Plaintiff at interest rate of KRW 1,80,000 per month, may be recognized by the respective statements in subparagraphs A and 3 (including each number).
If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the interest of KRW 170,00,00 of the above principal and KRW 17,477,419 of the interest for the 22th day of September from June 22, 2014 to April 2, 2015, which is the date of application for the payment order in this case (1,80,000 won x 9 months) as the total amount of KRW 1,277,419 (1,87,47,419 of the above principal and KRW 187,47,419 of the interest for the 22th day of September, 2015 (1,80,000 won x 22 days/31 day) and damages for delay from June 30, 2015 to the date of full payment) under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
