Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. A defendant violating the Road Traffic Act without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle.

A. At around 15:08 on September 6, 2012, around 15:08, a person driving a leapex vehicle at approximately 2 km from a leap apartment located in Geumcheon-si Technical Concentrated Co., Ltd. via the street in front of the C in the Kucheon-si, Kucheon-si.

B. On October 26, 2012, around 16:14, 2012, a person driving a 3 km vehicle from a leap apartment located in the Geumcheon-si technical concentrates to a gold bus terminal located in the same Eup.

2. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. While driving a motor vehicle as set forth in the above 1-A, the Defendant was discovered on the street in front of Yongcheon-si B for the seat belt and was required to present a driver’s license from the slope of the Yeongdeungpocheon Police Station belonging to the Youngcheon-si Police Station.

The Defendant issued a traffic strawer as if he was the Defendant’s resident registration number. The Defendant was issued a traffic strawer.

B. While driving a motor vehicle as set forth in the above 1-B, the Defendant was discovered on the street in front of a gold terminal located in Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si, and requested to produce a driver’s license from a slopeH belonging to the Youngcheon Police Station. The Defendant received a driver’s registration number G from a police officer.
