1. On June 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 03:50 on June 6, 2014, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night; (b) knife the victim D’s house located in Gangnam-si C 3rd; (c) opened a correction device by inserting arms in the crepans of the steel agents; and (d) entered the victim’s residence; and (c) failed to commit a theft because of the lack of door.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steals property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, removed the window before the window of the victim E’s house of 104th floor of the same building at around 04:0 on the same day after he gets involved in attempted crimes, and went into the house with a knife with the following knife, and entered the house with a knife, which is a deadly weapon, and went into the house, one of the keys of 130 vehicles in the market value, which is not owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying a lethal weapon, destroyed the windows at night and invaded upon the victim’s residence, and stolen the property.

3. On June 6, 2014, at around 04:12, the Defendant illegally used a motor vehicle, etc., using a stolen vehicle key, as described in paragraph (2), carried the vehicle at the time and drive the fi30 vehicle owned by the victim E, which was parked in front of the same building, for about 10 minutes, and used the motor vehicle temporarily without the consent of the victim.

4. The Defendant stolen 10,000 won in cash (one hundred and thirty thousand won in 10,000 won, one hundred and thirty thousand won in 130 vehicles located within the victim E-owned vehicle objects at the time and place described in paragraph (3).
