Punishment of the crime
1. As above, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the above assembly and interfered with the traffic of the road.
2. On May 1, 2012, the Defendant, from May 1, 2014:45 to May 15:45, 2012, attended the “2012 Rad Rad Rad Rad Rad 2012, which was held as a host of a basic income juvenile network prior to the Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad 201, in front of the Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad 54 located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was driving along the route leading from around 15:45 to 16:22 on the same day, along with approximately 40 participants of the above assembly.
At that time, the defendant, along with the above participants in the assembly, runs along the two lanes or three lanes in the direction of the way from the private distance to the private distance of the two-lanes, and runs along the private distance of the two-lanes.
