The defendant is a person who drives a car in the B SP area.
On August 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a distance of about 8-42 km from the Central Doncheon-dong Central Doncheon-si to the road front of the kingdong Young-dong, in the state of 00:20 percent of the alcohol-related zero percent (0.081%) among the blood transfusions.
