1. Defendant A’s KRW 15,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from May 1, 2016 to August 26, 2016.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On September 2, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a PM management service contract concluded between the Defendant Promotion Committee and the Defendant C and the Defendant C as a contracting party, but the said Defendant’s representative director is not the said E, but the fact that the said contract is Defendant C is not the above E, and the certificate of seal impression attached with the seal affixed to the said contract is not the official seal of the said Party, but the said Party to the said contract is not the said E, and it is reasonable to view the said contract as the said Party to be the Defendant C, not the above E.

In carrying out the project of the regional housing association (hereinafter “instant project”) in Daegu Dong-gu D, Daegu District District District District, the contract was concluded (hereinafter “instant contract”) including the following contents.

Article 3 (Service Price and Time of Payment) of the PM Service Agreement shall be the service price of KRW 250 million, and shall be paid at the following time:

Article 5 [Scope of Services) The scope of the Plaintiff’s services under this Agreement shall be as follows:

3. Selection of trust companies and prospective contractors for execution and assistance in consultation on conditions;

4. Support for affairs related to associations, such as authorization to establish association;

5. Providing marketing advice and support for advertising for inviting members;

6. Other successful performance of the project in this case.
